Mr. Burdette’s company reputation spread throughout the Smokies with the successful development of Black Bear Falls Log Home Community in Gatlinburg, TN. Under the direction of David Beeler, these homes and vacation rentals far surpassed the construction quality of most nearby developments. The projects that followed quickly proved Smoky Top’s intent to grow into the area’s premier construction and development contractor.

In welcoming Chip Maner to the group, Smoky Top positioned itself to successfully manage almost any type of project. Smoky Top continues to show its strength in the construction and development fields, adding more vertical integration to the process and acquiring new product lines and experience in current and future market trends.

Cascade Ventures LLC is the Smoky Top Project Group's commercial and multi-unit construction division. Additionally, Cascade offers Consulting Services to municipalities, financial institutions, and private companies or individuals who seek experienced advice and opinions on development and construction projects. We can assist with every facet of your project; we can provide feasibility studies and budgeting, engineering and design management, permit and zoning assistance, infrastructure and development, and single or multi-unit construction.

Blue Ridge Supply, LLC is the Smoky Top Project Group's insulated concrete form (ICF) distributorship. We sell and/or install IntegraSpec® and Reward Wall SystemsTM ICFs, as well as MetwoodTM, Wind-lock®, and Simpson Strong Tie® products. We also carry complimentary products like adhesives, zip ties, and tools to help you complete your ICF project. Blue Ridge Supply has Authorized Dealers throughout the region, and we also sell direct to builders and do-it-yourselfers with our installation assistance program.

Laser Art Creations is the Smoky Top Project Group's source for professional laser engraving, etching, and cutting. Our shop can custom engrave any photograph or graphic onto materials such as wood, acrylic, glass, or stone. The precision cutting division can provide geometrical or unique shaping in multiple materials, from acrylic to leather to metal. Stock items are available for customization as well, including marketing products and novelty or trinket selections.
